<p>今天早上收到 DigitalOcean 寄來的信件，說 開始支援FreeBSD了</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>之前就注意這家廠商很久了，居然支援 FreeBSD ！太酷了！有很多國外的VPS都不能跑FreeBSD的</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>而且一個月也大概就是 10美元，跟我現有的VPS差不多，機房有新加坡可以選，所以馬上就申請了一台來玩玩看。</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>安裝的過程就不多提，主要是我想從現在這個網站把 Wordpress 的備份檔案丟過去作restore</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>可是下載速度很慢，大概只有2xx KB !</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>下面圖片可以看到，前面是 在我的電腦上，用FileZilla 抓檔案，後面是在 DigitalOcean 的機器上直接透過 ftp 指令抓檔</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>FileZilla 速度有 1.2M ，DigitalOcean 那邊則是只有 250KB 左右..</p>
|
|
|

<p>我記得這機器的規格是共享 1G的線路，這狀況明顯不正常，所以我發信給客服，不意外的，客服回覆還是官方說法</p>
|
|

<p>我們沒有限速！下載速度受到很多因素影響之類的廢話！
|
|
|

實在很不爽，又發了一封信跟它們說 traceroute 的結果，從 DigitalOcean的機器 trace到這台機器只要14個節點</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>從我的電腦trace過去要22個節點，結果DigitalOcean的下載速度反而比較慢？？</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>客服接下來又鬼打牆了，叫我去測速、有測試到比較好的機房就把主機移過去..
|
|
|

<p>後來想到之前有看過個小工具叫 axel 就是類似在CONSOLE底下的 多點續傳軟體，裝起來跑跑看，結果速度馬上飆上去了！
