<p>之前在幫USER換電腦、灌系統，最麻煩的就是outlook 裡面的設定</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>不管是簽名、字型、甚至顏色配置等等</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>就連我自己換電腦或者換系統，都要花很多時間在調整outlook 到習慣的介面</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>一直都在想有沒有方便的工具可以協助備份、移轉 outlook 設定的</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>今天在測試microcloud 的VDI 時，因為廠商之前已經提過outlook 無法保存設定，但是 user profile 可以</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>讓我又想起這個議題，然後就用 outlook profile transfer 丟去google 找答案</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>沒想到還真的讓我找到了！(怪了，那我之前怎麼都沒找到..)</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p></p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>原本先找到這串registry</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>In Outlook 2010 and older, profiles are stored in the registry at
|
|
|
> <span class="code">HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles</span>
|
|
|
In Outlook 2013, the profile moves to the
|
|
|
> <span class="code">HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Profiles</span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>key.
|
|
|
不過經過測試，這裡的 registry 匯出、匯入之後，只有帳號設定會被叫回來</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>如果有去調整選項(像是預設信件的內容字體大小等等)，並不會跟著回來</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>後來又找到另外一串
|
|
|
> <span class="code">HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook</span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>- Outlook customizations are found under this key. (It’s generally safe to move this key to a new computer.)

|
>

|
|

> <span class="code">HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook</span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>- Information about add-ins. (This key should not be used on a different computer.)

> <span class="code">HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\14.0\outlook</span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>- This key will only exist if you have certain policies enabled. Most home users will not have settings here. It’s safe to use on other computers. Don’t forget to change the version number if you aren’t using Outlook 2010.
