<p>昨天上海Cindy打來說開票機無法連線稅務單位，沒辦法開票。</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>中國的發票很特別，一定要用官方指定的開票機(其實就是一台普通的PC)，你用自己的pc還要去稅務單位讓他們檢查，超級機車。</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>總之，我們這台開票機就是從稅務單位直接買的，我沒有碰過設定，所以有這問題我也不曉得為什麼。Cindy表示問過稅務單位，說是網路不通，但是我在FW上沒有特殊的設定去限制，如果有的話，早就不會通了。</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>今天May 又打來反應這問題，而且她加碼爆料說之前她在操作上網報稅的過程，也是用公司的電腦不行，但是用手機分享的4G網路連線就可以。這就很奇怪了，肯定是公司電腦有什麼錯誤的地方。總之讓她裝上teamviewer我遠端過去看一下，想說來檢查一下DNS能不能解析好了。結果一測試，果然預設的DNS Server是DC Controller，解不出 www.tax.sh.gov.cn 的IP位置。(微軟的AD預載的DNS Server真的頗容易出狀況的)</p>

|
<p>把開票機的DNS Server 改成 202.96.199.133 / 202.96.0.133 測試OK。下午Cindy回來測試開票作業也都正常了，筆記一下作個紀錄。</p>
