<p>材料:
|
|
|
“常溫”全蛋1個
|
|
|
低粉30g，日本太白粉10g(過篩)
|
|
|
蜂蜜8g(喜歡甜的可再增加)
|
|
|
作法:
|
|
|
蜂蜜和全蛋一起用打蛋器打發(濕性發泡)。
|
|
|
慢慢加入過篩的粉，邊加邊拌，攪拌至無粉粒狀，
|
|
|
將麵糊倒入塑膠袋(或擠花袋)內，袋子弄成錐形，剪小洞可擠出麵糊即可。
|
|
|
萬用鍋內舖上烘焙紙，隨意將麵糊擠在烘焙紙上，選擇”糕點”模式，鍋蓋選擇”無水烹調”“，約倒數40-35分時，開蓋翻面，再烤2-3分鐘就完成了。</p>
