<p>這幾年用群暉的NAS下來，碰到一個問題一直無解
|
|
|
> Problem Explanation:
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> 共用資料夾已開放所有人可以讀取/寫入，也未開啟ACL
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> 在共用資料夾底下的子目錄中的某個XLSX檔案，在不同電腦上用不同的網域帳號開啟並嘗試寫入時，會出現文件未儲存的錯誤訊息，關掉檔案之後，原始的XLSX會消
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> 失，只留下一個 xxxx.tmp檔案，將tmp重新命名為xlsx之後，又可以開啟。
|
|
|
這是我幾年前問過的問題</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>經過多次的信件往來、遠端操作之後，群暉客服回覆的答案是
|
|
|
> 最後RD找出原因是 您提供的有問題的目錄底下 @eaDir 這個DSM系統資料夾權限有誤（沒有執行權限），
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> 不確定 這顆硬碟 是不是由其它機種 轉移過來繼續使用的？
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> 若下次您遇到同樣問題，可以到console下，輸入指令 「chmod 777 /共用資料夾/子目錄/＠eaDir」
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> 就可以了。
|
|
|
不過呢，因為這不是第一次碰到這種狀況</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>所以我跟著回覆他們
|
|
|
> 這台NAS上的資料都是從舊的RS810+移轉過來的
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> 這個@eaDir目錄造成的錯誤你們之前有回覆過
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> <span style="color: #ff0000; font-size: 18pt;">那時候我有確認過是不是我找出所有 @eaDir目錄並且去 chmod 777 就可以解決</span>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> <span style="color: #ff0000; font-size: 18pt;"> 你們給我的答案是肯定的</span>

|
|
>

|

> 當時的信件標題是: Synology Online Support #158881: [DS1812+ DSM 4.1-2647]

> 我有進入console直接下指令去把所有 @eaDir的權限改掉
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
>
|
|
|
> 不過現在看來似乎是沒用，而且問題會不定時發生？？

> 是否有其他一勞永逸的方法可以避免再次碰到這種狀況？

<p>結果咧，這問題一再地重複發生</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>當然啦，群暉始終沒有解決這個問題..</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>所以我也不斷的碰到USER反映又再次發生，直到最近，連高階主管在操作時，也有一樣的狀況…</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>一問之下，發現這問題已經兩三年了還沒解決，非常生氣…</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>翻了一下 Google ，好像也有人的這個 @eaDir目錄有問題，不過沒有跟我一樣的狀況！？</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>Anyway</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>總之先記錄一下怎麼在console 去下指令批次修改 @eaDir 目錄的權限</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>(BTW …群暉回覆我叫我登入console下指令的那段時間，我還有其他問題請他們協助，結果他們的回覆是叫我不要進console去下指令，這不是自打嘴巴嗎？…)</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
> NAS4100> find /volume1/財務部 -name “@eaDir” -exec chmod 777 -R {} “;”
|
|
|
</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p><sup>2014</sup>⁄<sub>09</sub> 在IE的部門目錄測試這個指令， <sup>2014</sup>⁄<sub>10</sub> 問USER有沒有再次發生，USER是說沒有再碰到</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>所以這次改下在F部門的目錄，看看還會不會碰到..</p>
|
|
|
|
