<p>最近因為福委會的活動，需要做一些線上報名+統計的表單。</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>本來是想說用之前做好的研討會報名表來改，但是因為版面實在差太多，於是作罷。</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>自己寫嘛，又提不起勁…..<img src="http://www.cowbay.org/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-tinymce/addons/emotions/img/popobig/tired.png" alt="So Tired" title="So Tired" /></p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>所以咧，我記得google docs裡面似乎可以新增線上表單，那就來試試看好了。</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>先登入GOOGLE DOCS，然後選擇建立–>表單</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>接下來就看你怎麼設計這張表單，好了之後，可以透過郵件直接送出表單</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>很可惜的是，outlook 不支援..(至少outlook 2010不支援這張表單)</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>格式雖然正確，但是都無法填寫。 而且會一直出現跟google連線的視窗</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|

<p>從上圖可以看到，不管是checkbox /radio/submit button 都無法正確顯示</p>

<p>但是同樣的表單，在zimbra desktop client 是可以正常使用的</p>

<p>折衷的方法，就只好請給連結，讓USER自己上網去寫了。</p>

<p>寫完之後，結果會自動傳到GOOGLE DOCS去統計，真的很方便</p>
