<p>今天早上接到微軟代表打來的電話</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>說敝司目前被列在 大中華區Microsoft軟體授權遵循專案 中</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>希望我們能配合提供目前公司內微軟的作業系統、軟體的使用情況</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>我一開始表示說為什麼我需要配合微軟提供這樣的資料</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>對方表示依照安裝時會出現的使用條款第X條，微軟有權這樣做</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>p.s 靠北，誰安裝軟體的時候會去把所有條款看完？更何況，在看到條款的時候，東西都已經買了，是可以拿去退喔？</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>接著對方又說也可以不提供，那我們公司就會交給另一個單位去協助「處理」</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>到時候可能就會有律師等等人員到公司進行「稽核」，這樣子的話，場面可能就不太好看了….</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|

<p>OS / Office 我倒是不怕啦，就算有缺也就是一兩套吧</p>

<p>主要是SERVER CAL的部分，從來就沒有人能告訴我應該要怎樣買才算「足夠」..</p>

<p>雖然我已經盡量減少MS的SERVER，但是畢竟在這種商用環境底下，AD的帳號管理、提供外部連線的遠端桌面，這些服務都不容易找到替代的方案</p>

<p>反正就先把文件丟回給他們，看看他們要勒索多少錢好了…</p>

<p>請問廠商能夠接受退貨？不能接受退貨的話，那不就根本不讓USER有選擇權？這樣能算是合理的條款嗎？</p>

<p>1.對方一直說「你不要騙我」、「你不要跟我爭論這個」、「你要老實講，我們微軟這邊都有紀錄」….口氣讓人覺得很不爽</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>2.談到如果有少授權的部分，我說我用隨機版去補，對方說這樣不好，要我用大量授權，我說現在就算有缺，也就是一台兩台Win7(事實上，最後點出來根本就沒缺)</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>但是MOLP一次最少要買五個以上，對我來說不划算，我當然是選擇用隨機版就好，對方就一直說隨機版不好管理怎樣怎樣，我覺得可能是用MOLP才有算他的業績吧…</p>
|

|
<p>3.確認到最後，我故意拿我多買的授權問她，結果對方還順勢倒打一把，說怎麼會有多的授權？在微軟的角度這是不合理的。林阿罵咧，林北有錢，喜歡多買授權不行逆？</p>
