<p>前幾天公司的一台 Synology DS 415+ 發生異常</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>注意到的時候，四顆硬碟燈號都不斷的在閃爍</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>但是已經無法登入系統</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>重開機之後更慘，四顆硬碟燈號全部橘燈恆亮</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>底下的電源藍燈不斷的在閃爍</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>雖然我一再表示不希望送修了</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>一來是已經過保，二來是DS415+ 本身就有intel bug，三來是因為對synology的NAS 實在沒有愛…</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>不過主管還是希望能夠先問群暉維修的費用多少</p>
|
|
|

<p>登入 account.synology.com 之後，早上10:40 發了一張ticket</p>

<pre><code>線上運作時，發現四個硬碟燈號同時都在快速閃爍，重新開機後，STATUS 藍燈持續閃爍，四個硬碟燈號都是橘燈恆亮。

進線客服詢問，把硬碟拔出來，空機開機還是一樣的狀況。

<p>嗯哼，一台當初購買價格不過<strong>一萬七千多</strong>的設備，維修報價是<strong> 15232</strong> ，還有什麼好說呢？</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>這個客服也很直接說了，<strong>考慮換新機種比較划算</strong>，所以就不維修了</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>只是這個型號(DS-415+)的NAS ，當初一共採購了四台</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>我到這邊不到一年，維修了兩台，更換了兩次硬碟，重建了三次RAID</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>群暉吶… Synology 吶…本來以為可以是真正的「台灣之光」的廠商吶..</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>只是這將近十年下來的經驗…</p>
|
|
|
|
|
|
<p>我以後如果不是用「國際」大廠的NAS，不然就是會自己搞 FREENAS 之類的opensource 系統了吧…</p>
